Start with the lightest if you're a kegel beginner and work your way up to the heaviest - they're colored according to weight, so the lightest pink ball is the literal lightest and so on. In reliably hygienic, hypoallergenic silicone, the Kegel Trainers Set is ideally suited to delicate skin.
